阿仑膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松对骨代谢和血清脂联素的影响

Influence of Alendronate Sodium Combined with Salmon Calcitonin on Bone Metabolism and Serum Adiponectin in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

摘要 目的:探讨阿仑膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松对骨代谢及血清脂联素的影响。方法:选择2016年1月—2020年12月濮阳市人民医院接诊的绝经后骨质疏松症患者160例,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=80)与观察组(n=80),对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠,观察组在对照组基础上使用鲑鱼降钙素,两组均治疗3个月,完成治疗后对治疗的效果进行对比。结果:完成治疗后,两组腰椎L_(2~4)与股骨颈骨密度、血清脂联素(ADP)、骨钙素(BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)和25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]的水平均改善,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组呕吐、发热、肌肉疼痛、面部潮红的不良反应比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿仑膦酸钠联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,可提升骨密度,改善ADP、BGP、BAP和25-(OH)D的水平。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Alendronate Sodium and Salmon Calcitonin on bone metabolism and serum adiponectin in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Method:A total of 160 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis who were admitted to Puyang People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(n=80)and the observation group(n=80).The control group was given Alendronate Sodium,and the observation group was given Salmon Calcitonin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months,after completing the treatment,the effect of the treatment was compared.Result:After completion the treatment,the lumbar vertebrae L_(2-4) and femoral neck bone mineral density,serum adiponectin(ADP),osteocalcin bone gama-gla protein(BGP),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-(OH)D]were all improved in the two groups,those of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions such as vomiting,fever,muscle pain and facial flushing between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Alendronate Sodium and Salmon Calcitonin for postmenopausal osteoporosis can increase bone density and improve serum ADP,BGP,BAP and 25-(OH)D levels.
