基于PEO模式的作业治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者回归家庭日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Occupational Therapy Based on PEO Mode on the Ability of Returning to Family Daily Life of Stroke Hemiplegic Patients

目的:探究基于人-环境-作业(person-environment-occupation,PEO)模式的作业治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者回归家庭日常生活能力的影响。方法:选择2021年1—12月南京中医药大学第二附属医院收治的86例脑卒中偏瘫患者,通过随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组采用基于PEO模式的作业治疗,对照组采用常规康复治疗。比较并分析两组的肢体功能、平衡功能和生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组的上肢和下肢功能评分较治疗前均有所提高,且观察组的上肢和下肢功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组的平衡能力评分较治疗前均明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组生活质量评分较治疗前均明显提高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于PEO模式的作业治疗可以有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能和独立能力,提高患者生活质量,帮助其更好地回归家庭日常生活。

Objective:To explore the effect of occupational therapy based on the person-environment-occupation(PEO)mode on the ability of stroke hemiplegic patients to return to family daily life.Method:A total of 86 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with occupational therapy based on PEO mode,and the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy.The limb function,balance function and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:After treatment,the scores of upper limb and lower limb function in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the scores of upper limb and lower limb function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the balance ability scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occupational therapy based on PEO mode can effectively improve the limb function and independent ability of stroke hemiplegic patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and help them better return to family daily life.
