校企联合人才培养模式的思考

传统的教育体制和教学方式多以百年来的经验为基础,而面对越来越复杂的社会需求和人才成长需求,传统的教育方式有待改进。校企联合人才培养模式是针对高等教育存在的问题而出现的一种全新的人才培养模式,这种模式通过高校和企业的强强联合,着重于将学生的理论知识和实践能力相结合,不断提高学生的专业素养和实践能力,以便更好地满足社会需求。本文分析了校企联合人才培养模式的目的与意义,论述了校企联合人才培养模式的具体建设措施和优缺点。

The traditional education system and teaching methods are mostly based on the experience of the past century,and in the face of increasingly complex social needs and talent growth needs,traditional education methods need to be improved.The school-enterprise joint talent training model is a new talent training model born in response to the problems existing in higher education.Through the strong cooperation of universities and enterprises,this model focuses on combining students’theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and continuously improves students’professional quality and practical ability in order to better meet the needs of society.This paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the school-enterprise joint talent training model,and discusses the specific construction measures,advantages and disadvantages of the school-enterprise joint talent training model.
