摘要
农产品质量监测与溯源是保障食品安全的重要手段,物联网技术以其广泛的应用领域和高度智能化的特点,为农产品质量监测与溯源提供了新的解决方案。该文对国内外农产品溯源系统进行阐述,基于物联网技术的基本原理与特点,探讨物联网技术在农产品质量监测与溯源中的应用,同时对农产品质量监测与溯源系统的硬件系统及软件部分的设计进行分析。研究结果对于提高农产品的安全性和可信度,促进农业生产的可持续发展提供理论参考与设计依据。
Agricultural product quality monitoring and tide source is an important means to ensure food safety,and the Internet of Things technology provides a new solution for agricultural product quality monitoring and lake source with its wide range of application fields and highly intelligent characteristics.Based on the basic principles and characteristics of the Internet of Things technology,the application of the Internet of Things technology in the quality monitoring and tide source of agricultural products is discussed,and the design of the hardware system and software part of the agricultural product quality monitoring and traceability system is analyzed.The research results provide a theoretical reference and design basis for improving the safety and credibility of agricultural products and promoting the sustainable development of agricultural production.
