摘要
空天战略装备领域高端轻合金材料/构件的制造是多学科、多技术模块交叉与集成的复杂过程,如何开发并驾驭这一复杂过程,对专业人才的知识结构背景和科技创新能力有非常严格的要求。在当前工科人才模式下,传授的知识结构较为陈旧,与国家重大需求和前沿科技脱节,无法满足前沿制造领域对人才知识结构和能力的需求。针对这一问题,探讨在新工科背景下建立轻合金材料与构件一体化制造基础理论与前沿装备技术融合的知识体系。
The manufacturing of high-end light alloy materials/components in the aerospace strategic equipment field is a complex process of interdisciplinary and multi-technical module intersection and integration.How to develop and control this complex process has very strict requirements on the knowledge structure background and scientific and technological innovation ability of professionals.Under the current mode of engineering talents,the knowledge structure imparted is biased towards the outdated basic theory,which is disconnected from the major national needs and the scientific and technological frontier,and cannot meet the needs of the frontier manufacturing field for the knowledge structure and ability of talents.In view of this problem,the knowledge system of integrating the basic theory of light alloy material and component integrated manufacturing with the advanced equipment technology under the background of new engineering is discussed.
