结构模型视角:军队院校课堂生态的现代化演进

摘要 伴随着军队院校教学现代化进程,军队院校课堂生态经历了从传统的课堂生态到改进的课堂生态,再到新型的课堂生态的演进过程;军队院校课堂生态系统结构也经历了从讲授式课堂生态系统结构到建构式课堂生态系统结构,再到共融式课堂生态系统结构的转型过程。通过构建不同生态进化阶段军队院校课堂生态系统的典型结构模型,进而解析教学目标、教学任务、教学组织、教学角色、教学资源、教学时空等课堂教学活动关键要素内涵变化,揭示课堂教学理念更新、教学方式创新、教员与学员主体性定位调整等本质问题,整体呈现军队院校课堂生态的现代化演进形态和过程。 Along with the process of teaching modernization in military academies,classroom ecology in military academies has experienced the evolution process from traditional classroom ecology to improved classroom ecology,and then to new classroom ecology.The classroom ecosystem structure of military academies has also undergone a transformation process from the lecture-based classroom ecosystem structure to the constructive classroom ecosystem structure and then to the inclusive classroom ecosystem structure.By constructing different ecological evolution stage typical structure model of military academy classroom ecological system,and then analyzing the teaching goal,teaching tasks,teaching organization,teaching role,teaching resources,teaching connotation of classroom teaching activities such as key elements of time and space changes,revealing the classroom teaching ideas,innovative teaching methods,faculty and students subjectivity positioning adjustment of nature,the modern evolution form and process of classroom ecology in military colleges are presented as a whole.
