基于学科交叉的交通运输专业研究生培养模式探索

摘要 多学科交叉培养是我国研究生教育的大势所趋,是推动学科发展和促进高层次创新人才培养的重要途径。以交通运输专业为例,分析了学科交叉培养中存在的问题,例如在教学模式、课程设置、科研安排、指导方式、组织形式、制度规定等方面的不足。通过结合中国民航大学行业特色和学科发展规划,探索并提出了以课程思政为导向的引导式、以前沿成果为导向的课程式、以科学问题为导向的创新式、以导师团队为导向的项目式、以产学研共融为导向的平台式的多学科交叉培养模式,以期为研究生培养提出新思路、新方法、新模式,为培养拔尖创新人才提供建议和方案。 The interdisciplinary training is the general trend of postgraduate education in China.It is an important way to promote the development of disciplines and the cultivation of high-level innovative talents.Taking the transportation major as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the interdisciplinary training,such as the deficiencies in the teaching mode,curriculum,scientific research arrangement,guidance method,organization form,and system provisions.By combining the school’s industry characteristics and discipline development planning,we explored and put forward a platform type multidisciplinary cross training mode,which is guided by curriculum ideology and politics,cutting-edge achievements,scientific issues,projects with tutor teams,and integration of industry,education and research.It is expected to put forward new ideas,new methods and new models for postgraduate training,and provide suggestions and schemes for training top innovative talents.
