摘要
加快高校教育的数字化转型,线上教学作为一种替代方式得到广泛应用。高校线上教学的实施前提是管理者、教师和学生三方对于信息化教学的信任假设。由于学生信息化主体性不强、教师信息化素养参差不齐、信息化教学管理体系滞后、信息化教学设施落后等原因,高校线上教学面临信任挑战。基于L高校的个案研究,通过视频化、数据化、报告化及随机听课、定期教育推进线上教学的信任建构,但线上教学依然在信任与不信任之间展开,二者的张力是数字化转型时代的必然产物。
To accelerate the digital transformation of college education,online teaching is widely used as an alternative way.The premise of the implementation of online teaching in colleges and universities is the trust hypothesis of administrators,teachers and students for information teaching.Due to the weak subjectivity of students’informatization,uneven teachers’information literacy,backward information teaching management system and backward information teaching facilities,online teaching in colleges and universities is facing the challenge of trust.Based on the case study of L University,the trust construction of online teaching is promoted through video,data,reporting,random lectures and regular education.However,online teaching is still developing between trust and distrust,and the tension of both is the inevitable product of the era of digital transformation.
