摘要
新工科教育与传统工科教育最大的区别在于,新工科秉持以目标和结果为导向的理念,将人才培养与产业需求紧密结合,改变高等教育滞后于产业发展的局面。因此,新工科教育必须对整套人才培养体系与模式进行重构与融合,对理论知识和实践技能提出更高的要求。然而,在新工科背景下交通运输专业建设还存在着一些突出问题,如校企人才培养理念不一致、合作机制不完善、课程设置不合理、师资队伍发展不平衡等。通过校企共同制订人才培养方案、完善课程体系、共建实训基地、培养双师型教师、共享合作成果等方式,共建交通运输专业校企协同育人新模式,为交通强国培养应用型、复合型人才。
The biggest difference between the emerging engineering education and traditional engineering education is the former adheres to the concept of goal and result oriented,closely combines talent cultivation with industrial demand,and changes the situation where university education lags behind industrial development.Therefore,new engineering education must restructure and integrate the entire talent cultivation system and model,and put forward higher requirements for theoretical knowledge and practical skills.However,in the context of the new engineering discipline,there are still some prominent problems in the construction of the transportation major,such as inconsistent talent cultivation concepts between schools and enterprises,imperfect cooperation mechanisms,unreasonable curriculum settings,and imbalanced development of the teaching staff.By jointly developing talent cultivation plans,improving the curriculum system,building practical training bases,cultivating dual qualified teachers,and sharing cooperation results,we aim to jointly establish a new model of collaborative education between schools and enterprises in the field of transportation,in order to cultivate applied and composite talents for the transportation industry.
