多元智力论视阈下高校大学生综合测评体系构建——以西南石油大学为例

摘要 高校大学生的综合测评是对教育评估与评价的重要内容,并且已经成为大学生日常教育管理工作的核心内容之一。基于多元智力论视阈下对学生进行的综合测评,就是要促进学生多元项目的发展,让每名学生充分地挖掘自身潜力,重点突出高校学生工作者和学生的主体性,将育人为本的思维体现在学生管理工作中,制定科学、合理的综合测评评价体系,引导学生走自我发展、自我成才的良性发展道路,真正培养出素质高、能力强的新时代优秀青年。 The comprehensive assessment of college students is an important part of educational evaluation and evaluation,and has become one of the core contents of the daily education management work of college students.The comprehensive evaluation of students based on the perspective of multiple intelligences is to promote the development of students’multiple projects,allow each student to fully tap their potential,focus on the subjectivity of college student workers and students,and put education first,reflect the educational concept in the student management work,formulate a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation system,guide students to take the healthy development path of self-development and self-cultivation,and truly cultivate outstanding young people with high quality and strong ability in the new era.
