摘要
自2015年北京市教育委员会启动“双培计划”以来,北京信息科技大学与在京多所央属高校合作,共同探索跨院校人才培养机制,推动北京教育教学水平全面、均衡发展。以市属高校的视角,从录取情况、管理模式、培养情况三方面阐述“双培计划”的总体实施情况,进而探讨“双培计划”实施以来反映出的学业、心理健康与归属感、创新能力培养、成绩管理等问题,以及采取的对策,思考进一步推动双培学生培养效果的有效途径,推进教育创新改革工作。
Since the Beijing Municipal Education Commission launched the“double training program”in 2015,Beijing Information Science and Technology University has cooperated with many central universities in Beijing to jointly explore the inter college talent training mechanism,promote the comprehensive and balanced development of education and teaching level in Beijing.From the perspective of municipal university,this paper expounds the overall implementation of the“double training program”from three aspects:enrollment,management mode and training effect,and then discusses the academic problems,mental health and sense of belonging,innovative ability training and performance management problems reflected since the implementation of the“double training program”,as well as the countermeasures taken,and considers the effective ways to further promote the training effect of double training students,promote innovation and reform in education.
