摘要 本研究主要探讨了房屋建筑施工中绿色节能施工技术的应用。从资源节约、污染减少、降低施工成本和提高经济效益等方面分析了绿色节能施工技术在房屋建筑施工中的重要性。详细阐述了绿色节能施工技术应用的原则,包括实际性原则和节能性原则。以建筑幕墙施工技术、门窗施工技术、屋面施工技术和水资源施工技术为例,具体展示了绿色节能施工技术的应用和作用。指出在房屋建筑施工过程中,工程建设企业应以保护环境为基础,合理运用绿色节能施工技术,确保房屋建筑施工各环节在建材、技术、能源等方面的节约利用,提升房屋建筑工程与生态环境之间的协调统一。积极推进绿色节能施工技术的有效应用,有助于促进我国房屋建筑工程行业的可持续发展。 This study focuses on the application of green energy-saving construction technology in house building construction.The importance of green energy-saving construction technology in house building construction is analyzed in terms of resource saving,pollution reduction,construction cost reduction and economic efficiency improvement.The principles of the application of green energy-saving construction technology are elaborated in detail,including the principles of practicality and energy-saving.Taking building curtain wall construction technology,door and window construction technology,roofing construction technology and water resources construction technology as examples,the application and role of green energy-saving construction technology are specifically demonstrated.It is pointed out that in the process of housing construction,the engineering construction enterprises should take the protection of the environment as the basis,reasonably use the green energy-saving construction technology,ensure the economical utilization of building materials,technology and energy in all aspects of building construction,and enhance the coordination and unity between the housing construction project and the ecological environment.In addition,it actively promotes the effective application of green energy-saving construction technology,which helps to promote the sustainable development of China's housing construction engineering industry.
