绿色施工理念下房建工程防渗漏施工技术应用的思考

Thinking on the Application of Leakage Prevention Construction Technologyin Housing Construction Project under Green Construction Concept

工程技术人员在房屋建设的过程中融入绿色施工理念,可以有效防止房屋施工渗漏问题,增强房屋施工技术的质量和有效性。文章首先介绍了绿色施工的理念,并在此基础上,阐述了房屋工程施工中应用绿色施工理念的必要性。并基于此研究,阐述了绿色施工理念在房屋工程防渗漏施工中的应用,其中包括对保温墙防渗漏技术、屋面防渗漏技术、门窗防渗漏及节能应用、地下室防渗漏施工以及厨房和卫生间位置的防渗漏处理的描述,以期为今后相关工程技术人员研究房屋防渗漏技术提供可贵的绿色施工理念和施工技术经验。

The integration of the green construction concept by engineers and technicians in the process of housing construction can effectively prevent the problem of leakage in housing construction and enhance the quality and effectiveness of housing construction technology.This paper firstly introduces the concept of green construction,and on this basis,elaborates the necessity of applying the green construction concept in the construction of housing projects.And based on this study,the application of the green construction concept in the seepage prevention construction of housing engineering is elaborated,which includes the description of the leakage prevention technology of thermal insulation wall,roof leakage prevention technology,door and window leakage prevention and energy saving application,basement leakage prevention construction and the leakage prevention treatment of kitchen and bathroom locations,with a view to providing valuable green construction concept and construction technical experience for relevant engineering and technical personnel to study housing leakage prevention technology in the future.
