上虞鸿雁未来社区智慧建管关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Intelligent Construction and Management forHongyan Future Community in Shangyu

作为浙江省首批未来社区试点创建项目之一,文章借此通过省级未来社区CIM平台,进行合理化评估鸿雁社区的经济指标情况及内在价值意义,其作用反映全省未来社区建设的进度、资金、安全、质量等关键指标,为智慧化运营做出实质性贡献;另外对九大场景可视化系统的数据进行处理服务,能够进一步为社区提供“3D未来社区说明书”。

As one of the first pilot projects for creating future communities in Zhejiang Province,the provincial future community CIM platform was employed to conduct a rational evaluation of the economic indicators and intrinsic value significance of Hongyan Community.Its role reflects the key indicators of progress,funding,safety,quality,and other key indicators of future community construction in the whole province,which makes substantial contributions to intelligent operation.In addition,it provides data processing services for the nine major scene visualization systems,which can further provide the community with a"3D Future Community Handbook".
