摘要
预应力施工质量直接影响结构可靠度,文章从桥梁结构分析角度,结合既有试验数据,根据预应力张拉误差提出四种典型工况,采用Midas Civil建立有限元模型,分析预应力张拉误差对结构承载力的影响。总结并提出结论:采用预应力智能张拉设备的必要性;找出敏感指标,提出建议,为预应力桥梁结构设计提供参考。
The quality of prestressed construction directly affects the reliability of the structure.From the perspective of bridge structure analysis,combined with existing experimental data,this article proposes four typical working conditions based on prestress tensioning error,and uses Midas Civil to establish a finite element model to analyze the influence of pre-stress tension error on the structural bearing capacity.The paper summarizes and puts forward the conclusion:The necessity of using prestressed intelligent tensioning equipment;The sensitive index is found out and some suggestions are put forward to provide suggestions for the design of prestressed bridge structure.
