摘要
目的分析厦门市女性护士的人体成分,评价其健康状态,探讨两者间的关系,为卫生管理者制定相关策略提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2022年3—9月在厦门市3所医院就职的1535名女性护士为研究对象,基于生物电阻抗法进行人体成分分析,并收集人体成分与健康评分数据。结果女性护士身体质量指数超重肥胖率为18.4%,中心性肥胖率为34.4%,体脂百分比肥胖率为47.0%。女性护士平均健康评分为(72.27±3.94)分,其中健康优良状态者30名(2.0%),健康状态者406名(26.4%),亚健康状态者1099名(71.6%)。相关性分析显示,女性护士的健康评分与肥胖程度、骨骼状况以及营养状态有关(P<0.05)。结论女性护士肥胖问题较大,总体健康状况不容乐观,处于亚健康状态,与肥胖、骨骼和营养状况息息相关,管理者应积极干预,促进护士队伍健康发展。
Objective To analyze the human body composition of female nurses in Xiamen,evaluate their health status,and provide reference for health managers to develop health management strategies.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,1535 female nurses in three hospitals in Xiamen from March to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.Based on the bioelectrical impedance method,the body composition was analyzed,and the related index data of body composition and health scores were collected.Results The overweight and obesity rate of female nurses was 18.4%,the central obesity rate was 34.4%,and the body fat percentage obesity rate was 47.0%.The health score of female nurses was(72.27±3.94)points,with 30(2.0%)in excellent health status,406(26.4%)in healthy status,and 1099(71.6%)in sub healthy status.Correlation analysis showed that the health scores of female nurses were related to obesity level,bone condition,and nutritional status(P<0.05).Conclusion Female nurses have a significant issue of obesity,and their overall health status is not optimistic.They are in a sub healthy state and are closely related to obesity,bone and nutritional status.Managers should actively intervene to promote the healthy development of the nursing team.
