新辅助化疗联合手术治疗食管癌的效果

Effect of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined With Surgery in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨新辅助化疗联合手术治疗食管癌的效果。方法将2022年1—12月龙岩市第二医院收治的30例行新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的食管癌患者作为研究组,并选取同期仅行单纯手术治疗的另30例食管癌患者作为对照组。比较两组患者治疗前后的血管新生指标、肿瘤标志物水平,评价治疗效果并统计患者术后的并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组血管新生指标、肿瘤标志物水平较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗疾病控制率(disease control rate,DCR)、客观缓解率(overall response rate,ORR)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症总发生率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合手术治疗食管癌术后,可显著地改善患者的血清血管新生指标、肿瘤标志物水平,获得理想的DCR、ORR,虽增加术后发生吻合口瘘及肺部感染风险,但影响不大。

Objective To explore the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients with esophageal cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery in the Second Hospital of Longyan from January to December 2022 were selected as the study group,and another 30 patients with esophageal cancer treated with simple surgery during the same period were selected as the control group.The angiogenesis indicators and tumor marker levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,evaluate the treatment effect,and count the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of angiogenesis indexes and tumor markers in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment disease control rate(DCR)and overall response rate(ORR)of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion After adjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery for esophageal cancer,it can significantly improve the level of serum angiogenesis indicators and tumor markers in patients with ideal DCR and ORR.Although it increases the risk of postoperative anastomotic leakage and pulmonary infection,it has little impact.
