调神养心针联合认知康复训练对脑卒中后患者的影响

Influence of Tiaoshen Yangxin Acupuncture Combined With Cognitive Rehabilitation Training on Post-Stroke Patients

目的探讨调神养心针联合认知康复训练对脑卒中后患者精神状态、认知功能及生活质量影响。方法将2021年1月—2023年1月福清市中医院收治的120例脑卒中患者以掷硬币方法分为试验组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。对照组采用常规康复训练,试验组采用调神养心针联合认知康复训练。比较两组患者精神状态、认知功能及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组汉氏焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HADS)评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)与简易精神状态检查量表(mini-mental state,MMSE)评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组脑卒中患者专用生活质量量表(stroke-specific quality of life scale,SS-QOL)评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神养心针联合认知康复训练可有效改善脑卒中后患者的精神状态,提高其认知功能与生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of Tiaoshen Yangxin acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training on mental state,cognitive function and quality of life of patients after stroke.Methods A total of 120 stroke patients admitted to Fuqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into the experimental group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)by flipping a coin.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received Tiaoshen Yangxin acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training.The mental state,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HADS)scores of the two groups were decreased,and the HADS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)and mini-mental state(MMSE)scores of the two groups increased,and those of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)scores of the two groups increased,and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen Yangxin acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the mental state of patients after stroke,improve their cognitive function and quality of life.
