血清ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI在急性脑梗死患者中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of serum ESR,Hs ⁃ CRP and cTnI in patients withacute cerebral infarction

目的 探讨血沉(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者中的表达及其意义。方法 收集2020年1月至2022年10月安徽省皖南康复医院芜湖市第五人民医院收治的113例ACI患者纳入ACI组。另选取68名健康体检者纳为健康组。比较两组ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI水平;并分析ACI不同梗死面积、不同神经缺损程度、不同预后者ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI水平。结果 ACI组ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI水平高于健康组(P<0.05)。大面积组ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI高于中、小面积组(P<0.05);重度组ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI水平高于轻、中度组(P<0.05)。生存组ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI水平低于死亡组,差异有差异统计学意义(P<0.05);ESR+hs-CRP+cTnI联合检测的各个诊断效能明显高于单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ACI患者血清ESR、hs-CRP及cTnI与其病情严重程度及预后联系密切,通过检测上述因子可有效评估患者病情、预后。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and Cardiac troponin T(cTnI)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 113 patients with ACI admitted to Wuhu Fifth People's Hospital of Anhui Wannan Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were collected and included in the ACI group.Another 68 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group.ESR,Hs-CRP and cTnI levels were compared between the two groups;the ESR,HS-CRP and cTnI levels in patients with different infarct size,different degree of nerve defect and different prognosis of ACI were analyzed.Results The levels of ESR,Hs-CRP and cTnI in the ACI group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).ESR,hs-CRP and cTnI in the large area group were higher than those in the medium and small area group(P<0.05).The levels of ESR,hs-CRP and cTnI in the severe group were higher than those in the mild and moderate groups(P<0.05).The levels of ESR,Hs-CRP and cTnI in the survival group were lower than those in the death group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of ESR+hs-CRP+cTnI combined detection was significantly higher than that of the single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum ESR,HS-CRP and cTnI are closely related to the severity and prognosis of ACI patients,and the detection of these factors can effectively evaluate the disease and prognosis of patients.
