细菌对肿瘤免疫治疗的辅助作用

The adjuvant effect of bacteria on tumor immunotherapy

免疫治疗依赖于人类免疫系统,同时人类共生微生物是免疫系统的重要组成部分,在免疫治疗中承担重要作用。近年来,研究者发现细菌与肿瘤免疫治疗效果的预测和预后具有密切相关性。本文就细菌对肿瘤免疫治疗相关的研究展开综述,为提高检验水平和肿瘤免疫治疗效果提供理论依据。

Immunotherapy relies on the human immune system,while human commensal microor-ganisms are an important part of the immune system and assume an important role in immunotherapy.In recent years,researchers have found a close correlation between bacteria and the prediction and prognosis of tumor immunotherapy effects.In this paper,we review the studies related to bacteria on tumor immunotherapy to pro-vide a theoretical basis for improving the level of testing and the effectiveness of tumor immunotherapy.
