Teachers are the key agents in shaping and educating individuals,and their professional values not only affect their own fulfillment of professional responsibilities,but also impact students’growth and development.The generation of revolutionary resources has a special historical background and practical basis,and its rich connotation is helpful to guide teachers to enhance their sense of responsibility,practice dedication to their profession,improve their teaching and research abilities,and prioritize student-centered education.To integrate revolutionary resources into the education of professional values for university teachers,it requires leading by example,fostering correct professional cognition;demonstrating role models,inspiring positive professional emotions;cultivating character,establishing strong professional beliefs;and engaging in practical actions,demonstrating proactive professional behaviors.These efforts aim to cultivate dedicated and devoted teachers who possess the“Four Virtues”and are better equipped to fulfill the mission of education in the contemporary era.
