随着工业自动化和智能化的不断发展,变电站设备的有效巡检与状态评估日益成为一个重要的课题。文章旨在解决这一问题,以推动更安全、高效的能源管理。背景部分首先分析了现有巡检方式的局限性,突显了智能巡检技术的迫切需求。然后,通过选择适合的智能巡检机器人,设计了详细的巡检路径与优化方案,实施了多点具体的数据分析,以确保过程符合逻辑和现实。此外,还针对数据采集与处理、系统集成与测试等关键环节进行了深入研究。在工业现场应用实例分析中,提供了实际操作数据,展示了该技术的实用性和效益。
With the continuous development of industrial automation and intelligence,the eff ective inspection and status evaluation of substation equipment has become an important topic.This study aims to address this issue and promote safer and more efficient energy management.The background section first analyzes the limitations of existing inspection methods,highlighting the urgent need for intelligent inspection technology.Subsequently,by selecting suitable intelligent inspection robots,a detailed inspection path and optimization plan were designed,and multiple specific data analyses were implemented to ensure that the process was logical and realistic.In addition,in-depth research has been conducted on key links such as data collection and processing,system integration and testing.In the analysis of industrial field application examples,this study also provides practical operation data,demonstrating the practicality and benefits of this technology.
