摘要 变电站作为电力系统的重要组成部分,负责输电、配电和转换电能的关键任务。然而,由于变电站通常设有高压设备和复杂的工作环境,传统的人工巡检存在一定的风险和限制。为了提高变电站的工作效率、降低人身安全风险,并实现智能化管理,巡检机器人逐渐成为变电站工程安装和调试过程中的重要工具。巡检机器人是一种具备自主移动、感知环境并执行特定任务的智能装置。它可以代替人工进行变电站设备的巡检和监测,通过搭载传感器和执行器,实现数据采集、故障检测、设备评估和报告生成等功能。巡检机器人不仅能够提高巡检效率,减少人力资源的消耗,还可以在危险和恶劣环境下执行任务,保障巡检人员的安全。 As an important part of the power system,the substation is responsible for the key tasks of transmission,distribution and conversion of electric energy.However,because the substation usually has high voltage equipment and complex working environment,the traditional manual inspection has certain risks and limitations.In order to improve the working efficiency of the substation,reduce the risk of personal safety,and realize the intelligent management,the inspection robot has gradually become an important tool in the installation and commissioning process of the substation engineering.Inspection robot is an intelligent device with autonomous movement,sensing the environment and performing specific tasks.It can replace manual inspection and monitoring of substation equipment,and by carrying sensors and actuators,realize data collection,fault detection,equipment evaluation and report generation and other functions.The inspection robot can not only improve the efficiency of inspection and reduce the consumption of human resources,but also can perform tasks in dangerous and harsh environments to ensure the safety of inspection personnel.
