This paper introduces the study on the construction of lean line loss reduction system for medium voltage distribution network by State Grid Hangzhou Lin’an Power Company in Zhejiang Province.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current problems and loss reduction potential,suggestions are made for implementing specific measures in terms of planning and construction,equipment and equipment level improvement,grid operation and management loss reduction.The factors affecting the line loss rate are evaluated through the application of practical indicators and a lean line loss reduction system is constructed to further improve the economic efficiency of the power grid.The final result is the text and relevant charts and lists of the“Study on the Construction of Lean Line Loss Reduction System in Lin’an,Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,State Grid”.The study will help achieve energy saving and emission reduction and promote the deepening of the lean management of loss reduction and energy saving,as well as promote the realization of the goal of transforming the power grid enterprise to a more low-carbon,environmentally friendly,intelligent and efficient one.
