基于低碳视角的配电网经济性模糊综合评价方法

摘要 构建低碳化网络是实现能源体系减排和提高电能质量的重要举措,而配电网络的低碳运营是低碳网络的关键和难点。在我国电力系统转型的背景下,配电系统的运营评估正逐步显现出各种不确定因素,亟需建立一套适合我国配电系统的低碳运营评估体系,以提高配电系统的标准化水平。文章以新型配电网技术的低碳要求为基础,利用层次分析法、反熵权法与具体案例相结合,最终实现低碳运行模糊综合评价指标体系的构建。 The construction of low-carbon network is an important measure to achieve energy system emission reduction and improve power quality,and the low-carbon operation of distribution network is the key and difficult point of low-carbon network.Under the background of power system transformation in China,the operation evaluation of power distribution system is gradually showing various uncertain factors,and it is urgent to establish a low-carbon operation evaluation system suitable for power distribution system in China to improve the standardization level of power distribution system.Based on this,this paper,based on the low-carbon requirements of new distribution network technology,uses analytic hierarchy process,anti-entropy weight method and specific cases to finally achieve the construction of low-carbon operation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system.
