高层建筑电气强电竖井线路及配电箱安装施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,社会经济飞速发展,对建筑工程建设中电气施工质量提出更高要求。工程中,强电竖井线路及配电箱安装施工关乎建筑电气系统功能,需从各施工阶段入手严控电气施工质量,有效处理施工中各处技术细节,从而提高工程整体质量。文章结合高层建筑实际情况,以实际案例为对象,从多方面分析电气强电竖井线路及配电箱安装施工技术要点,包括母线槽安装、电缆桥架与线槽、安装配电箱、电缆敷设、竖井接地线敷设等。通过规范关键环节施工技术,有助于保障电气强电竖井线路及配电箱安装,提高电气系统运行稳定。 In recent years,the rapid development of social economy has put forward higher requirements for the quality of electrical construction in construction projects.The installation and construction of strong electric shaft lines and distribution boxes in the project is related to the function of the building electrical system,and it is necessary to strictly control the quality of electrical construction from each construction stage,and effectively deal with the technical details in various places in the construction,so as to improve the overall quality of the project.Based on the actual situation of high-rise buildings and taking actual cases as the object,this paper analyzes the technical points of installation and construction of electrical strong electric shaft lines and distribution boxes from many aspects,including busway installation,cable tray and trunking,installation of distribution boxes,cable laying,shaft grounding line laying,etc.By standardizing the construction technology of key links,it helps to ensure the installation of electrical strong electric shaft lines and distribution boxes,and improves the stable operation of the electrical system.
