摘要
文章针对公路养护用大型机械设备运行状态监测时,现有监测平台存在对设备运行状态判定不准确、监测精度低的问题,开展对其数字化监测平台的设计研究。文章以机械设备运行状态监测为核心,设计了数字化监测平台框架结构;对RFID读写器、电子标签等硬件设备进行选型;对设备运行状态进行数字化监测,并实现对故障的诊断;同时,对获取的设备运行状态监测结果远程传输,并对异常运行状态做出报警响应。通过实例证明,新的监测平台可以实现对设备运行状态的准确判定,且监测精度符合机械设备运行状态管理要求,具有极高的应用可行性。
This article focuses on the design and research of a digital monitoring platform for the operation status monitoring of large-scale mechanical equipment used in highway maintenance,which has the problems of inaccurate judgment of equipment operation status and low monitoring accuracy in existing monitoring platforms.The article focuses on the monitoring of the operating status of mechanical equipment and designs the framework structure of a digital monitoring platform,select hardware equipment such as RFID readers and electronic labels,digitally monitor the operating status of equipment and achieve fault diagnosis.At the same time,remote transmission of the obtained equipment operation status monitoring results and alarm response to abnormal operation status.Through examples,it has been proven that the new monitoring platform can accurately determine the operating status of equipment,and the monitoring accuracy meets the requirements of mechanical equipment operating status management,which has high application feasibility.
