目前,人们对医疗服务的需求旺盛,现代大型医院多采取“一院多区”管理模式,能够有效提高医疗服务的质量和效率,满足不同地区、不同人群的医疗需求。文章采用文献分析法,探究多院区后勤动力运维一体化管理的现状,更准确地了解医院在运营管理中存在的问题,为多院区后勤动力运维一体化管理提供有针对性的建议。通过行政后勤管理一体化、职工管理一体化、制度管理同质化、安全保障规范化、信息管控智慧化等措施的运用,可以加快医院管理体系转型升级步伐,完善现代医院管理制度,提高运维管理成效。与传统运维管理模式相比,多院区后勤动力运维一体化管理模式可以显著降低运营消耗成本,提高患者和员工的满意度。

Currently,there is a strong demand for medical services,and modern large hospitals often adopt a“one hospital,multiple districts”management model,which can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of medical services and meet the medical needs of different regions and populations.The article adopts a literature analysis method to explore the current situation of integrated management of logistics power operation and maintenance in multiple hospital areas,in order to more accurately understand the problems in hospital operation and management,and provide targeted suggestions for the integrated management of logistics power operation and maintenance in multiple hospital areas.Through the integration of administrative and logistics management,employee management,homogenization of institutional management,standardization of security guarantees,and intelligent information control measures,the transformation and upgrading of hospital management systems can be accelerated,modern hospital management systems can be improved,and the efficiency of operation and maintenance management can be improved.Compared with traditional operation and maintenance management models,the integrated management model of logistics power operation and maintenance in multiple hospital areas can significantly reduce operational consumption costs and improve patient and employee satisfaction.
