水务设施远程集控系统建设研究——以深圳宝安区为例

摘要 文章围绕宝安区泵站、水闸本身运行管理需求,建设完善的自控系统、视频系统和通信网络,实现对分散的泵站、水闸的远程集中控制、集约化管理,减少现场工作人员,方便掌握水务设施的运行状态,及时做出决策,提升设施管理效率。文章对宝安区水务设施概况、控制系统总体设计、分项设计与建设情况、系统价值分别进行阐述,旨为城市排水设施自动化改造和信息化提升提供参考。 In this paper,focusing on the operational management needs of pump stations and sluice gates in Bao’an District,a comprehensive automatic control system,video system,and communication network are constructed to achieve remote centralized control and intensive management of dispersed pump stations and sluice gates,reduce on-site staff,and facilitate the understanding of the operational status of water facilities,timely decision-making,and improve facility management efficiency.This article elaborates on the overview of water facilities,overall design of control systems,sub item design and construction,and system value in Bao’an District,aiming to provide reference for the automation transformation and informatization improvement of urban drainage facilities.
