Analysis of the Current Situation,Difficulties and Optimization Paths of the Construction of Mixed Ownership Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges

从产业学院建设现状入手,总结了高职院校产业学院实施混合所有制改革的主要类型和基本特征。从政策支持、理念认知、发展重点和运行管理等四个方面,深入剖析了高职院校混合所有制产业学院建设中面临的主要问题,并针对上述问题提出优化路径,旨在为高职院校进行混合所有制产业学院建设提供有益参考。

Starting from the current situation of the construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges,this article summarizes the main types and basic characteristics of implementing mixed ownership transformation in vocational colleges'industrial colleges.The main problems faced in the construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges were analyzed in depth from four aspects:policy support,conceptual understanding,development priorities,and operational management;and compared to the above problems,an optimization path is attempted to provide useful reference for the construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges in vocational colleges.
