解锁职业成功:美国职业教育新倡议的特征与启示

摘要 为解决美国本土经济低迷、劳动力市场人才储备不足以及教育系统脱节等问题,美国于2022年11月宣布启动“提高标准:解锁职业成功”新倡议,通过增加双录取机会、提供有力的职业建议与支持、增加以工作为基础的学习机会和让所有学生都能获得资格证书等措施,提高美国公众对职业教育的认可度。这为我国的职业教育发展提供了参考和借鉴意义:增加资金投入,形成资源支持保障;促进普职融通,扩展专业人才培养;落实产教融合,提升职业教育质量等。 In order to address issues such as sluggish domestic economic vitality,insufficient talent reserves in the labor market,and a disconnect in the education system,The United States launched a new initiative called"Raising Standards:Unlocking Career Success"in November 2022.Through measures such as increasing double admission opportunities,providing strong career advice and support,increasing quality learning opportunities based on work,and ensuring that all students can obtain qualification certificates to enhance the recognition of vocational education among the American public.This provides reference for the development of Chinese vocational education:increasing investment and forming resource support guarantees;promoting the integration of general and vocational education and expand the training of professional talents;implement the integration of industry and education,and improve the quality of vocational education.
