摘要
本文介绍了一种新型高精度快速同步加载安全带固定点试验台,并分别阐述了该试验台的组成、控制原理、控制策略。首先,采用电液伺服系统加载方式,通过专用实时数字液压伺服控制器,实现9通道单轴或多轴快速同步加载试验,得出机械台架结构合理、强度高以及角度、位置调整方便;其次,采用先进PID控制和速度前馈、加速度前馈、伺服阀死区零点补偿、参数自适应调整等多种控制策略,提高试验系统加载精度。结果表明,该试验台在各种负载及加载参数情况下仍能保持优良性能,具有较强的自适应能力。
This paper intruduces a new type of high precision and fast synchronous loading seat belt fixed point test bench,and describes the composition,control principle and control strategy of the test bench.Firstly,the loading method of electrohydraulic servo system and the special real-time digital hydraulic servo controller are adopted to realize the nine channels single-axis or multi-axis fast synchronous loading test,and obtain the mechanical bench structure is reasonable,high strength,angle and position adjustment is convenient.Secondly,the traditional feed-forward PID control and speed feedforward,acceleration feed-forward,servo valve dead-zone zero compensation,parameter adaptive adjustment and so on the many kinds of control strategy,improve the test precision of system load.The results show that the test bench under the condition of all kinds of load and load parameters can still keep good performance,strong adaptive capacity.
