摘要 随着电力需求的不断增加,10kV配电线路带电作业在电力系统运行和维护中扮演至关重要的角色。基于此,本文构建了初步的10kV配网带电作业安全评价指标,其中,目标层A为配网带电作业安全性评估,准则层B包括B1作业环境、B2人员素质、B3作业机具与防护、B4安全作业综合管理、B5现场管理5层,指标层C包括C1一C23。随后通过层次分析法(AHP)计算准则层和指标层的指标权重,发现B5现场管理在准则层中的权重位居第一,C22现场作业控制指标在23个指标层指标中位居首位。 With the continuous growth of power demand,live working on 10 kV distribution lines plays a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of the power system.Based on this,this paper constructs a preliminary safety evaluation index for live working in the 10 kV distribution network,among which,the target layer A is the safety evaluation of live working in the distribution network,the criterion layer B includes five layers,namely,B1 working environment,B2 personnel quality,B3 working equipment and protection,B4 comprehensive management of safe working,and B5 on-site management,the indicator layer C includes C1-C23.Subsequently,the weights of the criteria layer and indicator layer were calculated using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),found that B5 on-site management ranked first in the weight of the criteria layer,C22 on-site operation control index ranked first among the 23 indicator layer indicators.
