摘要
供热机组切除低压缸技术改造后,在切缸过程中,受边界条件的限制,无法实现低压缸进汽量的连续调整,无法满足供热、节能、调峰的要求,为此,本文对其进行了分析研究,以期通过创新切缸技术和优化运行的方式,提高机组可调性能,进而提高机组运行的经济性和安全性。
After the technical transformation of cutting off the low-pressure cylinder of the heating unit,due to boundary conditions,continuous adjustment of the low-pressure cylinder steam intake cannot be achieved during the cylinder cutting process,which cannot meet the requirements of heating,energy conservation,and peak shaving,Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies it in order to improve the adjustable performance of the unit through innovative cylinder cutting technology and optimized operation,thereby improving the economy and safety of the unit operation.
