摘要
本文结合华能大庆热电有限公司情况,深入分析了汽轮机低压叶片损坏的原因,制定了针对性的防范措施。研究结果表明,采取控制机组辅助调峰时低压缸零出力投入与退出速率、控制机组负荷速率、控制汽轮机主再热汽温、控制汽轮机进汽方式等措施,可有效减少低压叶片的损坏,保障电网稳定运行。
This paper combines the situation of Huaneng Daqing Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.to deeply analyze the causes of damage to the low-pressure blades of steam turbines and develop targeted preventive measures.The research results indicate that measures such as controlling the zero output input and exit rate of the low-pressure cylinder during auxiliary peak shaving of the unit,controlling the load rate of the unit,controlling the main reheat steam temperature of the turbine,and controlling the steam inlet mode of the turbine can effectively reduce the damage to the low-pressure blades and ensure the stable operation of the power grid.
