超临界循环流化床锅炉节能运行方法

摘要 超临界锅炉内的煤粒在燃烧过程中会产生一系列复杂的流化、传热动态特性,导致锅炉运行效率普遍偏低。为此,本文提出了一种超临界循环流化床锅炉节能运行方法,通过采集超临界循环流化床锅炉运行数据,根据数据间的内在关系建立锅炉数学模型,反映锅炉的动态特性,并将锅炉作为非线性且多变量耦合的被控对象,设计一种预测控制算法,完成超临界循环流化床锅炉的节能运行研究。结果表明,该方法投入后锅炉发热量较投入之前提升了79.99%,证明该方法可以实现锅炉的高效运行。 A series of complex dynamic characteristics such as fluidization and heat transfer will be produced during the combustion of coal particles in supercritical steam generator,which leads to the low efficiency of boiler operation.Therefore,this paper proposes the energy-saving operation method of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,through collect operating data of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boilers,establish a mathematical model of the boiler based on the inherent relationship between the data,reflect the dynamic characteristics of the boiler,and consider the boiler as a nonlinear and multivariable coupled controlled object,design a predictive control algorithm,complete the energy-saving operation research of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boilers.The example results show that the heat output of the boiler after the design method is put into operation has increased by 79.99%compared to before,proving that this method can achieve efficient operation of the boiler.
