摘要
三维工艺可有效解决企业在三维设计与制造协同中存在的数字化能力不足、智能化水平低、管控手段缺失等问题。本文设计开发了三维工艺集成平台,实现了与CAD、PDM、MES上下游系统以及工艺设计仿真工具软件集成,以三维模型为统一数据源,实现设计、工艺、制造数据的互通。
Three-dimensional process planning can solve effe ctively the problems of insufficient digital capabilities,low intelligence level,and lack of control measures in collaborative 3D design and manufacturing for enterprises.This paper designs and develops a 3D process integration platform,which integrates with CAD,PDM,MES,as well as process design simulation tool software.Using 3D models as a unified data source,realization of data exchange for design,process,and manufacturing.
