摘要
为证明在同一风速下采用分段湍流法设置湍流标准差设计风电机组疲劳载荷的合理性,需要验证生成的随机风速统计分布和年风速统计分布是否与设计假设的分布一致。本文对比了分段湍流法和IEC61400-1:2019计算公式分别生成的随机风速统计分布和年风速统计分布,并将其统计分布与设计假设进行了对比。结果表明,分段湍流法生成的随机风速统计分布不符合设计假设的高斯分布,IEC61400-1:2019生成的随机风速统计分布符合设计假设的高斯分布;分段湍流法生成的年风速统计分布不符合设计假设的分布,IEC61400-1:2019生成的年风速统计分布符合设计假设的分布。因此,采用分段湍流法设计风电机组疲劳载荷缺乏合理性。
To demonstrate the rationality of using the segmented turbulence method to set turbulence standard deviation for designing the fatigue loads of wind turbines under the same wind speed,it is necessary to verify whether the generated statistical distribution of random wind speed and annual wind speed is consistent with the assumed distribution in the design.This paper compares the statistical distributions of random wind speed and annual wind speed generated by the segmented turbulence method and the IEC61400-1:2019 calculation formula,and compares their statistical distribution with the design assumptions.The results show that the statistical distribution of random wind speed generated by the segmented turbulence method does not conform to the assumed Gaussian distribution in the design,while the statistical distribution of random wind speed generated by IEC61400-1:2019 conforms to the assumed Gaussian distribution.Similarly,the annual wind speed statistical distribution generated by the segmented turbulence method does not adhere to the assumed distribution,while the one generated by IEC61400-1:2019 does.Therefore,using the segmented turbulence method to design the fatigue loads of wind turbines lacks rationality.
