联通主义视角下高等职业教育数字化转型的挑战与对策

Countermeasures to the Challenges of Digital Transformation of Higher Vocational Education:From a Connectivism Perspective

摘要 高等职业教育数字化转型是职业教育高质量发展的必由之路。联通主义视角下,我国高等职业教育数字化转型存在知识的连接性与生长性不足,职业教育的跨界性与社会性较弱,课程的生成性与共享性不强,师资队伍信息化与专业化水平有待提升,学生的创新性与主动性不足的挑战。为此,研究提出要以知识节点为中心进行连接,优化高等职业教育学习网络;加强高等职业教育学习跨界连接,形成多主体协同育人社会网络;统筹管理高等职业教育学习资源,建立资源开放共享课程平台;强化教师自我学习与发展,促进知识交互与创生;鼓励交互性与生成性学习,提升职业技术人才数字化素养的对策,以期能够为高等职业教育数字化转型提供参考和建议。 The digital transformation is an indispensable path for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.From a connectivism perspective,the digital transformation of higher vocational education in China is still faced with many challenges:insufficient connectivity and growth momentum,weak cross-border collaboration and insufficient socialization,weak curriculum generativity and sharing,insufficient informatization and specialization of the teaching staff,and inadequate initiative and innovation from students.To facilitate the digital transformation of higher vocational education,following measures are proposed:establish knowledge node connection as the core to improve learning network;strengthen cross-border connection to form a social network for multi-subject collaborative education;coordinate teaching and learning resources to establish platforms for open and shared learning;strengthen the teaching staff training and development to promote intelligence communication and creation;encourage interactive and generative learning to improve the digital literacy of vocational and technical talents.
