产教融合视域下高职院校美育:价值、挑战及实践路径

Value,Challenge and Realization of Aesthetic Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:From an Industry-education Integration Perspective

产教融合视域下,高职院校开展美育符合人才发展需求,提高人才培养质量,推动职业教育可持续发展,契合时代发展主题。然而,在目前实际情况下,高职院校在美育方面存在一些问题,如美育理念不明确、美育课程不完善、师资力量薄弱、校企合力不足等。鉴于此,高职院校应充分把握校企协同育人优势,发挥产教融合优势,结合学校特色与学生特质,加强美育顶层设计、强化美育建设、营造美育环境、发挥校企最优合力,不断探索高职院校美育的有效路径。

From an industry-education integration perspective,aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges aligns with the need for talent development,improves the quality of talent training,promotes the sustainable development of vocational education,and is in line with the development themes of the times.However,several challenges lie in the aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges,including unclear aesthetic education concepts,inadequate aesthetic education courses,shortage of qualified faculty,and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation.In view of this,following measures are proposed:give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise collaboration and the industry-education integration;synergize school characteristics with student traits to promote the top-level design of aesthetic education;strengthen aesthetic education to create an aesthetic environment,and give full play to the optimal synergy of colleges and constantly explore the effective path of aesthetic education in higher vocational colleges.
