全纳视角下美国特殊教育教师的职前培养

摘要 在全纳教育下,教师需要具备全纳教育理念、掌握专业知识、了解学生特征等专业素养,而这些又需要教师在教育实践中不断摸索、总结与反思。因此,以美国高校为例,旨在从学习目标、课程设置和教学实践等方面入手,为我国师范教师教育的全纳教育提出有效建议。
