纸浆纤维增强水泥板性能研究

摘要 目前我国外墙保温装饰板基材仍以使用石棉纤维增强水泥板为主,随着人们对健康与环保意识的增强,无石棉纤维增强水泥板应用日益广泛。对外墙用非承重无石棉纤维增强水泥板的力学性能及耐久性进行了系统研究,着重研究了Ca/Si比、硅灰石掺量对板材性能的影响。结果表明,通过使用纸浆纤维,并添加约5%硅灰石微晶纤维改性,保持Ca/Si在0.5~0.6左右,可以制得吸水率低、力学及耐久性能优良的无石棉纤维增强水泥板。同时,对自制工程常用的水泥板性能进行了比较,结果显示无石棉纤维增强水泥板垂直于板面方向的抗拉强度和饱水抗折强度均优于石棉纤维增强水泥板,同时其抗冻性、耐热雨性能、耐热水性能和耐干湿性能均满足相关标准要求。 Asbestos fiber cement boards are still widely used domestically, despite that asbestos can leads to serious and fatal illness such as lung cancer. Nowadays, people concern more about environmental protection and health problem, asbestos-free fiber cement siding boards become more popular. The mechanical properties and durability of the paper pulp fiber reinforeced cement board are studied and the influences of Ca/Si ratio and wollastonite microfiber content are also investigated. The results show that with the Ca/Si molar ratio of raw materials between 0.5~0.6 can produce boards with higher flexural strength. Wollastonite microfiber about 5wt% can also improve the water saturated flexural strength and decrease the water sorptivity. The properties of commonly used boards with and without asbestos are analyzed, and the results indicate that the latter has higher tensile strength perpendicular to face and higher water saturated flexural strength, meanwhile, its freeing-thawing resistance, hot-shower resistance, hot-water resistance, and dry-wet resistance can also meet the requirements of relevant Chinese standards.
