刮痧联合艾灸及中药保留灌肠治疗1例女性盆腔炎腹痛患者的护理

Scraping therapy combined with moxibustion and Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema for a female patient with lower abdominal pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease

探讨刮痧联合艾灸及中药保留灌肠治疗1例女性盆腔炎腹痛患者的效果,总结护理经验。采用刮痧联合艾灸疗法,选取任脉(气海、关元、中极等穴)、督脉(腰阳关、命门、腰俞等穴)进行治疗,隔日1次;给予中药保留灌肠,1次/d。干预后,患者盆腔炎性疾病引起的腹痛和腰骶部疼痛缓解,日常生活活动能力得到改善。刮痧联合艾灸疗法及中药保留灌肠效果明确,可改善盆腔炎性疾病患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

To investigate the effect of scraping therapy combined with moxibustion and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)retention enema in the treatment of lower abdominal pain in a female patient with pelvic inflammatory disease,and summarized related nursing measures.The scraping therapy combined with moxibustion on Ren channel(Qihai,Guanyuan and Zhongji acupoint)and Du Channel(Yaoyangguan,Minmen,Yaoshu acupoint)was applied once every other day;The TCM retention enema was carried out once a day.The lower abdominal and lumbosacral pain was relieved,and patient’s activity of daily living was improved after treatment.The combination therapy of scraping,moxibustion and TCM retention enema is effective to relieve the pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease and improve patient’s quality of life.
