无机改性瓷砖背胶的桥接效果与粘接强度研究

摘要 为提高瓷砖背胶粘接强度,通过使用硅酸钾和硅溶胶对普通背胶乳液进行无机改性,在标准、浸水、冻融及热老化4种养护状态下研究不同比例的无机改性背胶乳液与瓷砖和水泥砂浆之间的粘接强度的影响。此外还对无机改性背胶乳液的储存稳定性和无机改性背胶乳液与瓷砖和水泥砂浆之间断裂面进行分析。结果表明:适量的硅酸钾或硅溶胶对普通背胶乳液的粘接强度具有一定增强作用,其中25%的以硅溶胶改性的背胶乳液其增强效果较为显著,且具有良好的储存稳定性,在现实中有较高的应用前景。 In order to improve the adhesive bonding strength of ceramic tile backing,by using potassium silicate and silica sol,the influence of the bonding strength between different proportions of inorganic modified back emulsion and ceramic tile and cement mortar was studied under four curing states:standard,water immersion,freeze-thaw and thermal aging.In addition,the storage stability of inorganic modified emulsion and the fracture surface between inorganic modified emulsion and ceramic tile and cement mortar were analyzed.The results showed that the appropriate amount of potassium silicate or silica sol had a certain enhanced effect on the bonding strength of ordinary emulsion,among which 25%of the silicone-sol-modified back emulsion had the most significant enhancement effect and good storage stability,which had a high application prospect in reality.
