密封胶在高速公路沥青路面裂缝修补中的应用研究

为解决高速公路沥青路面裂缝修补问题,通过现场调查确定采用密封胶开槽灌缝技术进行裂缝修补,并对其修补效果进了综合评价与分析,研究结果表明,在实施密封胶灌缝修补后,沥青路面的损坏程度、行驶质量、结构强度等评价指标均达到优秀标准,密封胶灌缝修补效果良好,有利于提升沥青路面的使用效率及寿命。密封胶灌缝时,开槽应居于裂缝中间,且缝侧两边应均匀整齐,裂缝修补适宜选于秋冬季进行,桥头搭板、路基换填等连接处的裂缝,应先处理路基后再采取密封胶灌缝修补,以保证灌缝修补质量。

In order to solve the problem of crack repair of highway asphalt pavement,it was determined that the sealant slotting and filling technology was used for crack repair,and the repair effect was comprehensively evaluated and analyzed.The results showed that after the implementation of sealant joint repair,the evaluation indicators such as the degree of damage,driving quality,and structural strength of the asphalt pavement reached excellent standards.The effect of sealant joint repair was good,which was conducive to improving the use efficiency and life of asphalt pavement.When the sealant was filled,the slot should be located in the middle of the crack,and both sides of the crack should be uniform and tidy,the crack repair should be carried out in autumn and winter.For the cracks at the joints of the bridge head board and the subgrade replacement,the roadbed should be treated first and then the sealant should be used to repair the joints to ensure the quality of the joints repaired.
