混合型塑胶跑道的有机物挥发控制技术研究

摘要 探究塑胶跑道中挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的释放规律,利用60 L小型环境舱对混合型塑胶跑道进行VOC测试。结果表明,混合型塑胶跑道成品TVOC释放量随时间延长均呈降低趋势,高温可加快挥发性有机物释放速率,促进中高沸点物质释放;当跑道产品所处的环境温度每升高10℃,TVOC相应增加2.45至2.65倍。基于此,可预估不同温度下跑道产品的TVOC释放量,对实际应用具指导作用。通过对混合型塑胶跑道成品及原材料测试,建立一套完整的混合型塑胶跑道VOC的溯源及整改流程,根据加成反应原理实现了对混合型塑胶跑道成品释放量的预估,可帮助企业对跑道释放物质进行管控,提升产品环保性能。 In order to investigate the release law of volatile organic compounds(VOC)in plastic runways,the VOC of hybrid plastic runways was tested by using 60 L small environmental chamber.The results showed that the TVOC release of the hybrid plastic runway products decreased with time,and the high temperature could accelerate the release rate of VOC and promote the release of medium and high boiling point substances.For every 10℃increases in the ambient temperature of the runway product,the TVOC increased by 2.45 to 2.65 times.Through this law,the TVOC release of runway products at different temperatures can be predicted,which is a guide for practical application.Through the testing of the hybrid plastic runway products and raw materials,a complete set of traceability and rectification process of VOC of hybrid plastic runway has been established,and the prediction of the release amount of hybrid plastic runway products has been realized according to the principle of additive reaction,which further helps enterprises to control the release substances of runway and improve the environmental performance of products.
