建筑外墙用硅酮结构密封胶施工工艺优化设计

摘要 为了充分发挥硅酮结构密封胶的防水密封作用,提出一套硅酮结构密封胶工艺应用方案。分析了硅酮结构密封胶的主要问题,从施胶进场前的要求、准备好施胶的工具、胶缝设计3个方面入手,探讨了硅酮结构密封胶施工工艺。结果表明,提出的硅酮结构密封胶工艺应用方案具有较高的可靠性和可行性,不仅可以提高建筑外墙结构的粘接性能,还能降低建筑外墙脱落等安全事故出现的概率,同时,还能最大限度地提高建筑外墙防水密封性能,符合实际应用需求。 In order to give full play to the waterproof sealing effect of silicone structural sealant a set of silicone structural sealant process application scheme was proposed.The major problems of silicone structural sealant were analyzed,and the construction process of silicone structural sealant was discussed from three aspects:the requirements before sizing into the site,the preparation of sizing tools and the design of glue joints.The results showed that the silicone structural sealant process application scheme proposed in this paper had high reliability and feasibility,which not only improved the bonding performance of building exterior walls,but also reduced the probability of safety accidents such as falling off of building exterior walls,and at the same time,it could maximize the waterproof and sealing performance of building exterior walls,which met the actual application requirements.
