废铅蓄电池存储材料的改性开发与性能测试研究

摘要 对废铅蓄电池存储用纤维进行了浓硝酸和过氧化氢+超声波联合改性处理,考察了改性处理对纤维单丝表面形貌和拉伸性能的影响。基于此制备了碳纤维/聚酰胺自增强复合材料,分析了热压压强和热压温度对复合材料的拉伸性能影响。结果表明,碳纤维/聚酰胺自增强复合材料适宜的热压温度为180℃、热压压强为5 MPa,此时复合材料取得抗拉强度、断后伸长率和弹性模量最大值,分别为141.7 MPa、46.9%和943.4 GPa;改性后的复合材料改善了碳纤维复合材料的综合使用性能。 The fibers used for storage of waste lead-acid batteries was modified by concentrated nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and ultrasonic,and the effects of the modification on the surface morphology and tensile properties of the fiber monofilament were investigated.On this basis,carbon fiber/polyamide self reinforced composites were prepared,and the effects of hot pressing pressure and hot pressing temperature on the tensile properties of the composites were analyzed.The results showed that the suitable hot pressing temperature of carbon fiber/polyamide self reinforced composite was 180℃,and the hot pressing pressure was 5 MPa.At this time,the maximum values of tensile strength,elongation after fracture and elastic modulus of the composite were obtained,which were 141.7 MPa,46.9%and 943.4 GPa,respectively.The modified composite material improves the comprehensive performance of carbon fiber composite materials.
