骨组织不同的替代材料对牙种植骨缺损的修复对比

Comparison of different alternative materials for bone tissue for the repair of dental implant bone defects

针对牙种植治疗过程中经常出现的骨缺损情况,提出应用不同的骨组织替代材料进行骨缺损修复,并对其修复效果进行评价。研究以实验制备的骨粉与口腔用生物玻璃人工骨PerioGlas为观察对象,观察并比较其在牙种植骨缺损修复中应用效果,通过实验分析,对这两种骨组织替代材料在牙种植骨缺损修复中的应用效果进行对比分析。实验结果表明,实验制备的骨粉与PerioGlas在牙种植骨缺损修复中均能够获得一定的修复效果,其中,实验制备的骨粉的应用效果更为理想。

In view of the bone defects that often occur in the process of dental implant treatment,the application of different bone tissue substitute materials for bone defect repair was proposed,and the repair effect was evaluated.In this study,the experimental bone meal and the oral bioglass artificial bone PerioGlas were used as the observation objects to observe and compare their application effects in the repair of dental implant bone defects,and the application effects of these two bone tissue substitute materials in the repair of dental implant bone defects were compared and analyzed through experimental analysis.The experimental results showed that both the experimentally prepared bone meal and PerioGlas could achieve certain restoration effects in the repair of dental implant bone defects,and the application effect of the experimentally prepared bone meal was more ideal.
