摘要
研究将聚天门冬氨酸酯和高固体环氧涂料结合制成一种适用于轨道车辆的防腐腻子,并对配比进行优化。结果表明,在环氧树脂比例为75%E51+25%E20,环氧树脂扩链剂为F420,n(E51)∶n(F420)的摩尔比为8∶1至6∶1,活性稀释剂XY630用量为环氧树脂总量的8%~12%,固化剂为腰果酚固化剂锈颜料三聚磷酸铝,用量为涂料配方的10%时,材料的热稳定性和防腐性能均表现良好。
A kind of anti-corrosion putty suitable for rail vehicles was prepared by combining polyaspartate with high solid epoxy coating,and the ratio was optimized.The experimental results showed that thermal stability and anti-corrosion performance of the material were good when the ratio of epoxy resin was 75%E51+25%E20,the epoxy resin chain extender was F420,the molar ratio of n(E51)∶n(F420)was in the range of 8∶1 to 6∶1,the dosage of reactive diluent XY630 was 8%~12%of the total amount of epoxy resin,and the curing agent was cardanol curing agent rust pigment aluminum tripolyphosphate,and the dosage was 10%of the coating formula.
